All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipping. Weekends and holidays are not included in these timeframes.

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides full coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. If you choose to purchase Shipping Protection, we will replace or refund your order in the event of any shipping issues. However, if you opt out of Shipping Protection, Marezzi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. We highly recommend adding this coverage for peace of mind.

Keep your watch dry and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures. For metal bracelets, wipe with a soft cloth regularly. For leather straps, avoid prolonged water exposure.
We strongly recommend hand-washing all our products. When using machine wash, make sure to select the hand-wash or delicate cycle to prevent shrinking or damaging our premium materials.

If a promotion allows mix-and-match selections, simply add your desired watches to the cart, and the discount will automatically apply at checkout. In some cases, you may need to add multiple watches and then remove any you do not wish to purchase - the discount will still be applied correctly.
